Requirements
Full understanding of client business and needs to develop relationship plans
Ability to work in a team environment sharing expertise and experiences
Experience managing 18-22 institutional clients covering $6-8M in annual revenue
Capability to specialize in one client type or manage across various types (endowments, foundations, corporations, pensions, multi-national entities, insurance companies)
Close collaboration with product partners (e.g., Asset Servicing, Asset Management, Securities, Front Office Solutions)
Hybrid working model (office and remote)
Responsibilities
Strategically lead institutional asset servicing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and risk mitigation
Develop relationship plan detailing specific client expectations and future opportunities
Execute relationship plan by engaging product partners (asset servicing, investments, brokerage, banking) and/or managing operational partners to deliver expectations or new solutions
Initiate conversations with clients and advisors on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new bank products/services
Work with senior managers to escalate issues and communicate product gaps or opportunities
Complete annual service reviews for every client to ensure satisfaction and refresh relationship plan
