Requirements

  • Full understanding of client business and needs to develop relationship plans
  • Ability to work in a team environment sharing expertise and experiences
  • Experience managing 18-22 institutional clients covering $6-8M in annual revenue
  • Capability to specialize in one client type or manage across various types (endowments, foundations, corporations, pensions, multi-national entities, insurance companies)
  • Close collaboration with product partners (e.g., Asset Servicing, Asset Management, Securities, Front Office Solutions)
  • Hybrid working model (office and remote)

Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead institutional asset servicing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and risk mitigation
  • Develop relationship plan detailing specific client expectations and future opportunities
  • Execute relationship plan by engaging product partners (asset servicing, investments, brokerage, banking) and/or managing operational partners to deliver expectations or new solutions
  • Initiate conversations with clients and advisors on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new bank products/services
  • Work with senior managers to escalate issues and communicate product gaps or opportunities
  • Complete annual service reviews for every client to ensure satisfaction and refresh relationship plan
