Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Relationship Management, Account Management, Business Development or other Client facing role, ideally in banking, B2B or corporate services industry
  • University degree or equivalent (considered beneficial)
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs
  • Good communication in English (must); proficiency in any other language (beneficial)

Responsibilities

  • Display a strong understanding of each client’s business model and funds flow to effectively promote and upsell Unlimit’s solutions, maintain portfolio growth, and help clients optimize payment accounts
  • Open and maintain corporate IBAN accounts for clients in IT (software development, mobile apps), Gaming, Internet (online/affiliate marketing, online projects, social networks), Blockchain, E-Commerce, and other fintechs
  • Support account opening and management for key clients
  • Provide advisory to clients on payment routes and currencies, and cooperate with other teams on AML-related payment requests
  • Perform the first step of customer onboarding procedures, including business and funds flow analysis; prepare cases for the onboarding team with necessary KYB checks for low, medium, and high risk clients
  • Provide clients with superior and professional service, support, and follow-up for operational requests
