Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in a regulatory compliance role within banking or financial services (prior background in Payments or Digital Assets preferred)
Strong understanding of Dutch and EU regulatory frameworks (e.g., Wft, AMLD, PSD, GDPR)
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French preferred)

Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret Dutch and EU regulatory developments and assess their impact on ClearBank Europe
Implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with ClearBank Group and local requirements
Support compliance risk assessments and contribute to the Systematic Integrity Risk Analysis (SIRA) process
Provide compliance advice on product development, onboarding, and financial crime controls
Conduct thematic reviews, support internal audits, and regulatory inspections
Deliver compliance training and awareness sessions across the business
Liaise with internal stakeholders including Legal, Risk, Product, and Technology teams
