Candidates must possess one to two years of experience in the securities industry, hold a FINRA Series 7 license, demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy, possess excellent written and communication skills, and have experience with FINRA, Federal, and SEC regulations. They should also be able to adapt to a changing business and regulatory environment and collaborate effectively within a remote team.
The Registered Brokerage Client Service Associate (Support) will serve as the first point of contact for clients and broker partners, assisting them with service needs and issues; submitting and processing operational requests such as funds distributions and account updates; researching and responding to client inquiries regarding form submissions and transfers; interacting with internal groups to resolve client issues; ensuring new business paperwork is accurately submitted; and maintaining a positive and resilient demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
