Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive personal and financial wealth profile: Collaborate with the Lead Relationship Manager and Wealth Advisor to identify wealth-related life goals for clients and their families
Design a wealth plan: Work with the Regional Wealth Advisor, client’s professional advisors, and other Northern Trust partners to create a wealth plan integrating wealth management, wealth transfer, and tax efficiency goals
Implement the wealth plan: Collaborate with local teams (including Portfolio Manager, Trust Advisor, Banker) to support the implementation of the client’s wealth plan
Review and revise the wealth plan: Provide periodic reviews and revisions of the client’s wealth plan upon request, considering material changes in circumstances
Sales and relationship expansion: Actively assist in the sales process and identify opportunities to expand client relationships through the introduction of new products and services
Mentorship: Serve as a mentor to Wealth Advisors and Wealth Advisor Associates
Resource development: Contribute to the development and implementation of Northern Trust wealth planning resources, solutions, and products
Professional advisor relationships: Cultivate relationships with professional advisors through conferences and networks
