Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with progressive leadership experience in a finance role and at least 5 years of finance experience in the health solutions industry. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans and objectives, directing the design and implementation of policies and procedures for increased performance and compliance, establishing management and performance controls, and cultivating business relationships for technical knowledge and performance improvement.
