As a Regional Vice President of Sales, the candidate will identify and generate leads, convert prospects into clients, contact and discuss customer needs, emphasize product features, answer customer inquiries, negotiate prices and terms, prepare sales agreements, collaborate with colleagues, maintain customer contact lists, and nurture customer relationships through follow-ups. The role also involves remote work from a home office, local and regional travel, participation in apartment associations, periodic visits to Entrata headquarters in Utah, and attendance at national trade shows and events.
