  • Experience or capability in hiring, developing, and leading a team of Account Managers and Clinical Specialists
  • Skills in managing, developing, and maintaining business plans
  • Ability to lead clinical and technical product discussions and demonstrations as part of the sales process
  • Capability to conduct referral education sales activities and Business Review Program sessions
  • Experience in managing post-sales installation, adoption, and utilization of products
  • Ability to educate physicians and staff on product use

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point person for end-to-end Area program development and clinical success, including procedure sales, support, and driving utilization for all Monarch Surgical Technologies
  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of Account Managers and Clinical Specialists in the defined territory Area
  • Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve procedure sales and disposable sales revenue targets within the assigned geographical territory
  • Assist Account Managers and Clinical Specialists with managing, developing, and executing business plans for their assigned territories
  • Lead clinical and technical product discussions and demonstrations as part of the sales process
  • Conduct referral education sales activities
  • Conduct Business Review Program sessions
  • Manage post-sales installation
  • Support after-sales adoption and utilization of Monarch products, including educating physicians and staff on product use
  • Maintain a detailed business plan (inferred from truncated description)
