A minimum of 5 years of foodservice sales experience and 2 years of supervisory experience are required, with previous District Sales Management or other sales management experience preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience is also required.
The role covers the Salt Lake City & Ogden, UT areas and requires a valid U.S. Driver’s License. Overnight travel may be required to participate in trainings, meetings, or other company events.
Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills, proficient financial and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service and presentation abilities, and proficient computer skills including Microsoft are required.
The role manages District Sales Managers, Sales Coordinators, and Specialists within the region, oversees their performance, provides guidance, and sources new sales talent.
Candidates with at least 5 years of foodservice sales experience, 2 years of supervisory experience preferably in district sales management, a relevant degree, and strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, financial analysis, communication, and computer proficiency stand out.
