We are seeking a motivated and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and focus on the Public Sector. This role involves driving significant business opportunities within strategic clients, nurturing existing relationships, and positioning CrowdStrike as the preferred cybersecurity solution provider.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales cycle to meet and exceed individual sales quotas.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Public Sector.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with clients up to executive levels.
  • Network within client organizations to influence key decision-makers, typically at the C-level.
  • Act as a CrowdStrike ambassador within assigned client accounts.
  • Articulate and promote the company's value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor.
  • Develop detailed account development plans, engagement strategies, and targets for each assigned account.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and lead virtual teams to drive and close opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast business objectives and outcomes for opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in selling high-technology products to Public Sector organizations, preferably in the defense sector.
  • Ability to network effectively at multiple levels within an account, up to C-Level.
  • Experience selling technically complex solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Proven ability to identify and influence key decision-makers.
  • Ability to succeed in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Native fluency and business-level English proficiency.
