Requirements

Candidates must have a proven track record in Public Sector Sales with demonstrable achievements in key government accounts and fluency in English. Experience with target account selling, solution selling, or consultative sales techniques is required, along with strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies. Significant experience developing relationships with senior executives, an aptitude for matching technology solutions to business problems, and outstanding presentation, written, verbal, and closing skills are essential. Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making abilities, along with self-motivation to work independently and as part of a team, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue within the assigned region, independently and cooperatively. They will scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets. Responsibilities include targeting and gaining access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts, establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at the CIO and CSO level, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement with target accounts. The role also involves working cooperatively with partners to leverage their account presence and relationships, and capturing, maintaining, and disseminating accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com.
