Requirements

5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions, with a solid background in IT infrastructure (networking, servers), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity (in particular SIEM solutions), application delivery, business analytics, and IT observability, complemented by hands-on experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
Background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
Proficiency with a programming language such as Golang, Python, JavaScript, and Unix-based shell scripting, along with experience using regex and SQL
Proven success working in distributed, remote-first environments
Great compassion for taking care of prospective customers and their challenges combined with well-rounded technical, analytical, and sales skills
Appreciation of the importance of teamwork, with a proactive approach to solving challenges and helping external and internal parties
Experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR is required, including everything from data ingest, to parsing, to manipulation and visualization of the data, to proving out security use cases

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating how data pipelines seamlessly connect data sources with Falcon Next-Gen SIEM
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements
Support customers during proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they realize measurable value
Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation
Collaborate with a global team in our remote-first environment, occasionally flexing outside standard working hours to support customers across time zones
