Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions, with a solid background in IT infrastructure (networking, servers), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity (in particular SIEM solutions), application delivery, business analytics, and IT observability, complemented by hands-on experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
  • Background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
  • Proficiency with a programming language such as Golang, Python, JavaScript, and Unix-based shell scripting, along with experience using regex and SQL
  • Proven success working in distributed, remote-first environments
  • Great compassion for taking care of prospective customers and their challenges combined with well-rounded technical, analytical, and sales skills
  • Appreciation of the importance of teamwork, with a proactive approach to solving challenges and helping external and internal parties
  • Experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR is required, including everything from data ingest, to parsing, to manipulation and visualization of the data, to proving out security use cases

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating how data pipelines seamlessly connect data sources with Falcon Next-Gen SIEM
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements
  • Support customers during proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they realize measurable value
  • Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with a global team in our remote-first environment, occasionally flexing outside standard working hours to support customers across time zones
