Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of LogScale and NG-SIEM for prospective customers, owning the technical relationship through the sales cycle
  • Maintain relationships with customers as they discover, expand use of, and provide feedback on LogScale and NG-SIEM to Product Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing technical value, answering questions, demonstrating capabilities, and laying out a technical vision
  • Act as a LogScale subject matter expert, assisting with internal enablement on related platforms like Falcon Search Repository
  • Collaborate closely with sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering teams
  • Provide feedback on deal progress, uncover prospect needs, and translate them to tangible value from LogScale and NG-SIEM
  • Guide prospective customers through discovery of LogScale and NG-SIEM
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy, including exploring new use cases, integrations, and partnerships
