Experience in contract negotiation, customer engagement, performance management, and clinical competency development is expected.
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for directing the sales of Abbott's ICM Cardiac Rhythm Management products and services within their assigned region. This includes identifying and evaluating market opportunities, establishing sales objectives, and developing strategies to achieve franchise goals. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing direct reports to ensure high performance in commercial and clinical trial activities, while fostering a positive and diverse team culture. Additionally, the RSD will provide ongoing education to the team to ensure quality customer support and safe patient outcomes.
