The Regional Sales Director must reside within the assigned Great Plains region, preferably in Texas, covering Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, and Missouri. Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for directing the sales of Abbott's ICM Cardiac Rhythm Management products and services within their designated region. This includes identifying and evaluating market opportunities and sales potential to achieve sales and clinical objectives. The role involves leading and coaching sales and clinical teams, setting sales strategy to meet franchise goals, supporting the regional sales plan, and fostering a positive team culture. Responsibilities also include recruiting, onboarding, coaching for sales and clinical performance, developing direct reports, assisting with quarterly goals and development plans, and conducting annual performance reviews. The director will also drive customer and account engagement planning and ensure continuing education within the region for quality customer support.
