Requirements

Experience in sales management within the medical device or healthcare industry, particularly Electrophysiology (EP)
Ability to develop and execute sales plans, targets, and budgets aligned with regional and business unit strategies
Proven leadership skills with direct supervision of sales teams
Expertise in recommending, interpreting, and implementing corporate policies and procedures
Strong skills in goal setting, performance monitoring, continuous process improvement, and ensuring quality of services
Proficiency in using best business practices for operational success across regions
Capability to manage budgets, coordinate with senior management, and prepare regional sales forecasts
Experience in supporting sales representatives and key account management, including contract negotiations
Demonstrated ability in building sales team capability, hiring, retaining diverse high-qualified staff, and providing coaching, mentoring, and development
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and strong customer focus

Responsibilities

Direct the sale of EP products in a defined geographical district
Develop and execute sales plans, targets, and budgets within regional and business unit strategies
Manage and supervise the EP sales force personnel directly or through subordinates
Recommend, interpret, and implement corporate, division, or organizational policies and procedures
Set goals, ensure they are met, and drive continuous process improvement
Assure quality of services meets internal and external customer requirements
Plan, organize work, monitor performance, and report status using judgment
Ensure operational practices run smoothly, meet budgets and sales goals, and comply with marketing campaigns and promotions
Create and maintain district budgets, coordinate with, and report to senior management
Support sales representatives and key account colleagues in managing key client relationships and negotiating contracts
Build district sales capability and manage/motivate the district sales team
Hire and retain diverse, highly qualified staff; provide career coaching, growth, and personal development
Develop staff through critiques, instructions, mentoring, evaluations, and coaching
Account for performance of subordinates or work output of managed subcontractors
Maintain a safe working environment and strong customer focus
Prepare regional sales forecasts
