Requirements

  • Over 10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry, including key account management and channel management
  • Familiarity with the company's and competitors' products, market conditions, related policies, and regulations
  • Mastery of commercial channel sales workflows and operational characteristics, with certain knowledge of supply chain management
  • Proficiency in regional management, resource allocation, and key account management, including relevant knowledge, experience, and skills
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

  • Formulate regional RTM strategies based on the national RTM strategy, tailored to regional characteristics to meet business needs
  • Analyze regional sales productivity: assess sales team efficiency, distributor performance, and O2O coverage to identify gaps, improve visit effectiveness, and optimize cross-channel resource allocation
  • Drive digitalization and B2B innovation: pilot digital tools and B2B models as per company arrangements to improve store visit efficiency and perfect store rate
  • Expand into T3 and lower-tier cities: develop regional strategies for untapped lower-tier markets based on the company's RTM strategy to accelerate growth plans
  • Guide the implementation of the company's annual key projects with signed regional distributors
  • Guide the development and management of regional distributors, enhance their KPI management capabilities (e.g., purchasing, shipping, inventory), help them expand business legally and compliantly, and improve operational levels
  • Other related work assigned by the direct manager
