Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceuticals, marketing, or other related fields
  • Over 10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry, including key account management and channel management
  • Familiarity with the company's and competitors' products, market conditions, related policies, and regulations
  • Mastery of commercial channel sales workflows and operational characteristics, with certain knowledge of supply chain management
  • Proficiency in regional management, resource allocation, and key account management, including relevant knowledge, experience, and skills
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Strong logical thinking and market analysis abilities
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Proficiency in computer operations and common office software

Responsibilities

  • Formulate regional RTM strategies and execution plans based on national RTM strategies and regional characteristics, in line with company policies, to optimize resource allocation, reduce regulatory risks, and build resilient, future-oriented distribution infrastructure, driving healthy growth in broad and lower-tier markets
  • Develop regional RTM strategies tailored to business needs by combining national strategies with regional specifics
  • Conduct regional sales productivity analysis: assess sales team efficiency, distributor performance, and O2O coverage to identify gaps, improve visit effectiveness, and optimize cross-channel resource allocation
  • Pilot digital tools and B2B models as per company arrangements to improve store visit efficiency and perfect store rates
  • Expand into T3 and lower-tier cities: formulate regional strategies for untapped lower-tier markets based on company RTM strategies to drive the growth acceleration plan
  • Guide the implementation of company annual key projects with signed regional distributors
  • Guide the development and management of regional distributors, enhance their KPI management capabilities (e.g., purchasing, shipping, inventory), assist in legal and compliant business expansion, and improve operational levels
  • Other related work assigned by the direct manager
  • Promote and sell Haleon products (nutrition health, OTC drugs, oral health, and future expanded/designated categories) in the assigned jurisdiction or channels as per company arrangements
