  • Coverage plan: Formulate regional plans based on market conditions (headquarters RTM formulates annual coverage strategy and distribution targets)
  • Tracking execution: Daily/weekly/monthly tracking of strategy implementation progress and effects
  • Summary and promotion: Summarize the coverage model and promote it across regions
