Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall management of service delivery readiness throughout the entire Service Life Cycle Process (SLP), including HPE direct workforce, sub-contractors, HPE Partner Ready Service Delivery Partners, and the Variable Workforce
  • Focus on innovation utilizing AI
  • Lead AMS Regional readiness activities for over 250 NPIs and 35 NSIs yearly, with the vast majority of NPI projects made partner ready (Channel enabled)
  • Lead xIRT (extended integrated readiness team) meetings for the AMS Geography
  • Provide service requirements into product development stages/phases
  • Provide readiness related support for new acquisitions and partnerships and strategy changes
  • Participate as an active member of the Integrated Readiness Team (IRT), present geographies implementation plan status, elevate identified issues/gaps as necessary
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for delivery readiness information specific to the Americas geography
  • Act as trusted advisor to numerous teams
