Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide technical guidance through the implementation of new client websites
  • Continuously update client websites as requirements change
  • Test client sites for quality assurance and monitor issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client deliverables
  • Create Benefits Class Matrix, Requirements, Rates, Permissions, Field Options, Site Text, and Implementation Questions Log with client sign-off
  • Configure system updates for annual benefit program changes or acquisitions
  • Execute non-automated service delivery processes to satisfy scope requirements
  • Research and resolve client inquiries regarding system and process issues
  • Train clients on new and existing system features and services
  • Support Evive and personalization platform clients
  • Partner with clients and key vendors to optimize use of the Evive product
  • Serve as a primary client contact for Evive-related initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, test, and enhance personalization platform functionality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Test new and existing system functionality to ensure accuracy of client system configuration
  • Prepare and conduct technical/product demonstrations and training sessions
