Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive People strategy for the MENA region, aligned with global objectives and tailored to local nuances, including talent acquisition, development, workplace experience, facility management, employee relations, and engagement
  • Building strong relationships with local leadership teams to understand business needs and provide strategic People support and guidance
  • Managing a team of People professionals across the region, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Overseeing all People operations in the region, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Driving key People initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee engagement
  • Designing and facilitating leadership and cultural initiatives to cultivate a culture reflecting core values and operating principles
  • Analyzing People data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making
  • Partnering with the global People team to ensure consistency and best practice sharing across regions
  • Designing, building, and implementing programs, processes, and tools to set managers and employees up for success
