Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, professional services, or delivery enablement within enterprise software or cybersecurity
  • Hands-on experience managing partner-led or co-delivery engagements with regional or global partners
  • Strong understanding of enablement programs, delivery governance, and partner lifecycle management
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Alliances, and Customer Success
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with partners and internal teams
  • Familiar with Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, or BI tools for performance tracking and reporting
  • Regional language proficiency and knowledge of local partner markets preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on partner-led delivery quality, engagement milestones, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) compliance across the region
  • Execute the regional partner enablement strategy to ensure partners are certified, delivery-ready, and aligned with CrowdStrike methodologies
  • Support partners in developing delivery practices, attaining certifications, and improving delivery performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including Sales, Alliances, and Customer Success — to align partner delivery outcomes with customer success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional delivery partners to drive attach-rate growth and delivery excellence
  • Provide regional feedback and insights to the Global Partner Services team to improve enablement programs, frameworks, and tools
  • Act as a regional ambassador for CrowdStrike’s delivery excellence standards and partner ecosystem success
