Responsibilities
Partner Enablement & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with reseller partners.
Educate partners on RingCentral’s UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.
Develop joint business plans.
Sales Support & Co-Selling:
Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
Provide hands-on support in the sales process.
Conduct joint customer calls, presentations, and demonstrations.
Training & Development:
Deliver ongoing training programs to partners.
Host webinars, workshops, and certifications.
Channel Performance & Reporting:
Monitor partner performance against KPIs.
Prepare reports and forecasts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
