Candidates should possess experience in Partner Enablement and Relationship Management, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with reseller partners. They should have experience in educating partners on UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, developing joint business plans, and driving partner adoption of sales tools and resources. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should have experience in monitoring partner performance against key performance indicators and providing regular insights and feedback.
As a Regional Partner Manager at RingCentral, you will support and enable reseller partners in selling RingCentral’s UCaaS and CCaaS solutions by fostering strategic relationships, delivering sales enablement, and ensuring partners have the resources they need to achieve mutual revenue and growth objectives. You will also be responsible for conducting joint customer calls, delivering ongoing training programs, and collaborating with internal teams to align partner initiatives with corporate objectives.
