Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Partner Enablement & Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with reseller partners.
    • Educate partners on RingCentral’s UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.
    • Develop joint business plans.
  • Sales Support & Co-Selling:
    • Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
    • Provide hands-on support in the sales process.
    • Conduct joint customer calls, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Training & Development:
    • Deliver ongoing training programs to partners.
    • Host webinars, workshops, and certifications.
  • Channel Performance & Reporting:
    • Monitor partner performance against KPIs.
    • Prepare reports and forecasts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to align partner initiatives.
    • Advocate for partner needs within RingCentral.
