Requirements

The Regional Manager must have experience overseeing the entire operations of a housing community portfolio, managing all phases of operations including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, and risk management. Additionally, the Regional Manager must achieve the highest possible net operating income through cost control and revenue improvement, identifying trends, and recommending strategies.
