Requirements

Candidates must possess at least two years of regional management experience with a proven track record of success and high performance expectations. Demonstrated budgeting skills, the ability to analyze profit and loss reports, and leadership experience with motivational capabilities are essential. A professional demeanor, current knowledge of federal, state, and local housing laws, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and excellent customer service skills are required. The ability to travel frequently across the United States and perform in a busy, multi-tasking environment is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Regional Manager will ensure the efficient operation and profitability of properties within their portfolio by directing and implementing policies, objectives, and activities for multi-family assets. Key responsibilities include establishing and training strong property management teams, maintaining positive relationships with regulatory agencies, managing properties to achieve maximum occupancy, and overseeing contract administration and regulatory compliance. They will also manage the long-term financial performance and capital improvement budgets of properties, assist property managers in identifying improvements, enhance customer service, identify growth opportunities, and ensure adherence to safety practices and company policies, including Fair Housing laws.
