Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a related pharmaceutical major
  • Experience as RKAM in TOP domestic/foreign companies (at least 3 years), managing more than 5 subordinates
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical market conditions, characteristics, and relevant policies/regulations in the jurisdiction
  • Proficiency in collaborating with academic associations, building or participating in valuable academic sharing and exchange platforms
  • Mastery of key hospital product access, safe operations, centralized procurement bidding and reporting processes
  • Strong regional business planning, key account management, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities
  • Strong leadership to lead KAM team to deliver results and contribute to team performance
  • Proficient in computer operations and common office software, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, etc
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation skills (at least equivalent to CET-4 level)

Responsibilities

  • Formulate annual KA team access strategy and target hospital access plan to ensure target product success rate under clinical ordering conditions
  • Coach KAM to promote formal access or temporary procurement processes for required access hospitals, provide solutions for cooperation with key decision-making departments such as hospital office, medical affairs, pharmacy department, and Medicare office
  • Lead KAM in target hospital VBP product delisting, VBP product restoration to formulary, Medicare reimbursement restrictions, and other safe operation tasks to help sales team achieve performance
  • Plan annual academic activities
  • Collect and insight into business and academic development needs of target hospitals, organize pharmacy exchange activities, build pharmacy management forums, conduct drug safety training, etc., to help key customers improve business levels
  • Plan innovative projects, such as pharmacoeconomic advantage research, pharmacokinetic advantages, drug efficacy and safety research for strategic products
  • Collaborate with sales team on pharmacy expert grassroots activities
  • Cross-departmental communication: cooperate with business team on target hospital price negotiations, with access team on volume reporting and bidding, with sales team to obtain temporary procurement department orders
  • Regularly organize communication meetings to share latest policies, market information, and activities
  • Build systematic management for company key accounts, lead team to collect key customer information and enter into SFA system
  • Improve team efficiency through data analysis to achieve company KPI for key account coverage
  • Establish KAM incentive mechanisms and talent development plans, build platforms for sharing successful experiences
  • Practice "Win as One" culture
