Position Overview

This role is responsible for achieving sales performance and regional management within the Established Pharma division. The position requires setting business objectives, planning, and managing budgets to meet sales volume, market share, and growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance & Regional Management:

    • Determine business objectives, plans, and expense budgets.
    • Achieve expected sales volume, market share, and growth rate within the allocated budget.
    • Develop and execute joint visit plans, ensuring effective and efficient time utilization.
    • Ensure correct execution of company marketing strategies and activities in the region.
    • Analyze regional market conditions to ensure reasonable allocation and effective investment of resources.
    • Collect and feedback market information accurately and promptly.
    • Forecast regional market risks to ensure effective business progression.
    • Maintain a high standard of professional visits and establish stable, good cooperative relationships with key clients.
    • Track and understand regional inventory, sales, and stock levels to ensure reasonable inventory.
    • Collaborate closely with regional commercial colleagues to ensure smooth supply.
    • Utilize resources reasonably and control expenses.
    • Provide monthly sales data (including sales volume, drug procurement, and expense information) accurately and promptly.
    • Complete other required reports as requested by management.
    • Undertake other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Possess complete and continuously updated product knowledge.
    • Ensure product promotion information is consistent with the company's marketing department.
    • Learn and utilize other materials provided by the marketing department to facilitate product promotion.
    • Understand knowledge related to similar products.
  • Professional Ethics:

    • Strictly adhere to company SOPs and financial policies during sales and work processes.
    • Comply with company ethical standards and principles.
    • Maintain a good professional image, dress according to professional standards, and conduct oneself according to company requirements.
    • Demonstrate a spirit of dedication and actively engage in one's work.
