Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a regional HR role, preferably within a multinational company, and demonstrate strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices across North Asia. Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the North Asia region is also preferred.
The Regional HR Advisor will partner with regional leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support business objectives, provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives, lead recruitment efforts, facilitate employee engagement initiatives, monitor HR metrics, ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and advise management on policy adherence and best practices.
