Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and HR Function to define process transformation, technology enablement, data requirements, and drive planning/execution of enterprise migration to GBS within the Region
  • Lead HR work transitions into regional GBS locations, collaborating with GBS leadership, Global Process Owners, HR functional teams, and local stakeholders
  • Oversee readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization
  • Coordinate process stabilization post-transition to ensure minimal disruption
  • Develop and implement transition governance, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecards, and escalation frameworks
  • Participate in change management efforts, supporting local communication and training plans
  • Support transition and implementation of HR Operations at GBS centers, driving global consistency and aiding hiring efforts
  • Provide oversight and thought leadership for GBS HR Operations implementation and transition of in-scope activities
  • Oversee business stabilization post go-live and support change management
  • Provide innovative leadership to set long-term strategic direction for HR Shared Services, adapting to business needs
  • Foster service mindset and ensure cooperation with other Regional HR Shared Service organizations for unified global strategy
  • Evaluate and decide on new service requests from the business, overseeing service transition and deployment
  • Seek opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness gains adding value to HR organization and stakeholders
