Regional Director - EMEA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Director to lead and build a world-class team of Account Executives across the EMEA region. This role requires a blend of coaching and hands-on contribution, with a focus on driving performance in early-stage SaaS cybersecurity companies.
Salary:
- Base Salary: Commensurate with experience (annually)
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): £300,000 - £340,000

- Remote, based in the United Kingdom
- Optional quarterly travel for in-person company events and ad hoc meetings.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to grow the skillset of the sales team.

- Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans to ensure team growth and success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the Eastern region.
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at all levels.
- Serve as a point of escalation for critical accounts and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with Channel leadership to explore strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company's market reach.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, monitors, and reports on key sales performance metrics.
- Utilize CRM and other tools to track performance, client interactions, and pipeline management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of sales experience.
- 2+ years leading a sales team.
- Proven experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-first mentality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior cybersecurity experience and SaaS-based solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working at early-stage companies (under $100M revenue).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven presentation skills.
