As the Regional Director - HIV Prevention, Field Activation Specialist, you will lead by example as a player-coach, partnering with team members to ensure key strategic accounts and institutions are activated. You will actively engage in the field alongside your team, empowering them, providing direct customer engagement, mentoring, and tactical support to drive team success. Additionally, you will recruit, hire, and manage a team of Market Expansion Specialists, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and resources to excel, and providing continuous coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
