Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in communications strategy development, planning, PR/social media, events, multimedia, and editorial. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and style are essential. An eye for design, layout, and formatting, along with experience innovating with new content types and multimedia, is required. The ability to produce digital content across various channels, a highly motivated self-starter attitude, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment are also necessary. A degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a similar field is required, with in-depth industry knowledge and experience with Marketo/Splash/On24 being preferred.

Responsibilities

The Regional Communications Senior Specialist will manage the execution of regional client communications, including organizational updates and crisis communications, in coordination with leadership and marketing stakeholders. They will write, proofread, and edit a wide variety of communications, such as strategic messaging, marketing collateral, event materials, social media content, presentations, letters, FAQs, and talking points. In partnership with regional leadership, the specialist will develop internal messaging, communication strategy, and plans, and localize national initiatives and campaigns. They will support regional internal communication events and content development for various meetings, serving as an internal communications consultant to the business. The role involves collaborating with marketing and creative services on design, layout, and branding to ensure consistency, measuring communication effectiveness, and identifying improvement opportunities. Building strong relationships with partners to efficiently brainstorm, plan, and accomplish deliverables is also a key responsibility.
