Requirements

  • Passion for improving and expanding possibilities in Cardiovascular, particularly electrophysiology, heart recovery, stroke, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation (AFib)
  • Ability to work under limited supervision or general direction
  • Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations, and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines
  • Leadership experience managing Sales and Clinical personnel (e.g., Territory Managers (TM) and EP/ULS Clinical Account Specialists (CAS))
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, tactical sales planning, quota setting, and account objectives
  • Skills in budget management, performance coaching, competency development, recruitment, retention, and succession planning
  • Expertise in developing sales, negotiation, clinical proficiency, and certification training
  • Ability to implement commercial, field training, product, and services marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute the Biosense Webster commercial strategy by managing Sales and Clinical personnel and activities to achieve business goals and maximize profitable sales growth
  • Drive top line sales results in the assigned Wisconsin region, in line with the Business Plan
  • Define and manage monthly and annual sales objectives for all Region’s Sales and Clinical Personnel
  • Meet and exceed sales and profit targets for the assigned Region
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop/execute tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives
  • Manage the region’s expense budget
  • Coach and manage performance and competency development of direct reports (Territory Managers (TM) and EP/ULS Clinical Account Specialists (CAS))
  • Oversee appropriate use, budgetary allowance, and customer interactions of Region’s per diem clinical support
  • Develop and enhance clinical proficiency and certification of employees through partnership with the Clinical Education Manager (CEM), prioritizing business results/relationships and attainment of goals
  • Develop sales and negotiation proficiencies of Territory Managers
  • Recruit, develop, and retain talent in the Region (e.g., selection, performance management, succession planning, development planning, retention planning)
  • Develop and implement Company’s commercial, field training, product, and services marketing strategies and tactics
