Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) and achieve business targets: Formulate and implement customer management and sales strategies for NKA national key chain clients' distributions and regional/local chain clients within the region, under company policies, to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Drive brand activities: Organize and implement brand promotion activities to ensure successful execution and enhance brand influence and sales performance
  • Coordinate and implement OTO/BTC activities: Ensure smooth execution and achievement of expected results for online-to-offline (OTO/BTC) activities
  • Promote digital transformation: Drive retail clients' digital transformation, including implementing RCRM membership omnichannel marketing to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Manage customer relationships and contracts: Maintain relationships with local chain retail pharmacies and NKA national key chain branches, handle contract negotiations, signing, and execution to ensure effective fulfillment of terms
  • Coordinate internal teams: Guide the regional KA team in JBP negotiations and business plan execution for clients at all levels/headquarters in the jurisdiction, ensuring alignment with company strategies and improving overall efficiency
  • Monitor sales data and market performance: Regularly analyze regional sales data and market performance, propose improvement suggestions, and optimize business strategies and activity effectiveness
