Responsibilities

  • Analyse von Produkten und Prozessen in Hinblick auf Profitabilität und Kapitaleffizienz
  • Umsetzung wertsteigernder Maßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung von Ertrags- und Risikogesichtspunkten
  • Analyse von Neuerungen hinsichtlich regulatorischer Kapitalvorgaben und Mitarbeit bei deren operativer Implementierung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Methoden zur Kapitalbedarfsermittlung
  • Mitarbeit an der strategische Liquiditäts- und Eigenkapital-Planung unter Berücksichtigung relevanter regulatorischer Kennzahlen (z.B. aus der CRR, BRRD) und interner Zielvorgaben
  • Unterstützende Tätigkeiten für lokale und zentrale Fachbereiche, Prüfer und Berater
  • Risikokultur leben durch die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Erhaltung des Verantwortungsbewusstseins im proaktiven Umgang mit Risiken innerhalb der Bank
