Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar recruiting role. A high level of organization and attention to detail is essential, along with respect for confidential information. Experience with scheduling software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred, and a genuine curiosity about people, online networks, and technology is valued.
The Recruitment Coordinator will manage the candidate interview experience by scheduling interviews across multiple time zones and ensuring candidates have up-to-date details. This role involves distributing pertinent information to the hiring team, developing partnerships with recruiters, and leveraging Procore's ATS and scheduling tools for an efficient interview process. The coordinator will also support special projects as needed.
