Responsibilities

  • Identify the best companies that need knowledge, network, etc
  • Analyze and advise companies on finding the right competencies
  • Present opportunities to our Board & Advisory team
  • Drive a holistic recruitment, board, and executive recruitment process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and C-suite executives
  • Assist Danish growth companies in finding the right profiles based on their strategic position
  • Manage the entire process from sourcing and analyzing companies to placing individuals in leadership teams, boards, or advisory boards
  • Ensure optimization and efficiency of processes
  • Conduct proper assessment of company needs and provide guidance to present to partners and find the right match
