Recruiting Specialist (ABA Therapy) - EST Hours (Remote) at A1M Solutions

Yes, this is a fully remote position.

The role requires working EST hours, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm EST, which is 3 pm to 12 am South African time (subject to change due to daylight savings).

Required soft skills include fluent professional English communication, patient and friendly phone demeanor, energetic and personable nature, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills. Technical skills needed are basic computer literacy and confident use of MS Office and Outlook.

Strong candidates must meet mandatory internet (fixed fibre line with 25 Mbps upload/download and wired Ethernet) and power backup requirements, possess the listed soft skills and technical proficiency, and preferably have recruiting, HR, onboarding experience or ABA therapy background.
