Responsibilities

Analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures where needed
Understand strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Primary upward interaction with direct supervisor; interact with peers and/or management at client or within Accenture
Receive guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
Make decisions that impact the team
Manage small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture (if in an individual contributor role)
Implement strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees
Manage hiring processes, including identifying hiring needs, preparing job descriptions, talent search, screening and shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding employees
Work in rotational shifts as required
