Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or staffing, with a focus on candidate sourcing. The role requires willingness and ability to work night shift hours (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT, Monday through Friday), proficiency in sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut, or HireEZ, excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and comfort with tools such as Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Access to a reliable laptop and stable, high-speed internet connection is also necessary. Prior experience sourcing for technical or early-stage startup roles and familiarity with U.S.-based recruiting processes are preferred.
The Recruiting Sourcer will identify and engage high-quality candidates for various roles by utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other search tools. Responsibilities include building and managing candidate pipelines, crafting tailored outreach messages to passive candidates, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, and maintaining accurate sourcing data in the ATS and internal tools. The role also involves supporting additional recruiting tasks such as market research and data cleanup.
