Requirements

Candidates must be board certified in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), possess prior telemedicine experience, hold active Nurse Practitioner Licenses in 40+ U.S. states including at least two (2) of California, Florida, and Texas, have a clear medical history with no nursing board actions or complaints, and have completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner program in the United States. Five years of post-NP training are required, along with digital savviness, excellent typing skills, excellent grammatical construction, and excellent command of English. Spanish fluency is a plus, and start-up experience in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner at Curai, you will see acute/urgent care patients in a live text-based chat clinic, including straightforward chronic care cases requiring refills, provide evidence-based treatment recommendations, write efficient encounter visit notes, provide feedback to the AI/ML and product teams, stay abreast of EHR feature updates, and work closely with physicians in collaborative agreements. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as clinical meetings, EHR/automation product feedback projects, and clinical operations quality improvement projects, ensuring all notes are completed optimally by the end of the encounter and latest by the last shift of the day.
