Responsibilities

Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate plans to the team
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage job postings, applications, and responses via ATS and external platforms
Lead and train recruiters to follow best practices and meet performance goals
Monitor key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to optimize processes
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing/interviewing plans
Stay updated on labor laws and ensure hiring practices comply with regulations
Build professional networks through job fairs and relationships with candidates/industry professionals
Administer full cycle recruiting process (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer stage)
Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends, and recruiting best practices
Motivate and maintain morale of the department and individuals for positive company contribution
