Requirements

  • 0-3 years of professional experience or a relevant recruiting/HR internship preferred
  • Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
  • Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and search firms
  • Approachable and humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help
  • Self-starter who works efficiently and is comfortable managing several different projects and priorities
  • Interested in the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
  • No financial industry experience required
  • Willing and able to learn new recruiting systems and tools
  • Travel to recruiting conferences and events will be required

Responsibilities

  • Support the Experienced Hire Recruiting team in identifying, interviewing, and hiring experienced professionals in Asia offices
  • Keep applicant tracking system updated
  • Schedule interviews
  • Manage recruiting calendars
  • Coordinate live interviews as they happen
  • Help manage other recruiting tools and platforms
  • Focus daily work on supporting Infrastructure and Trading teams
  • Create an incredible candidate experience from start to finish
