The Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate a high volume of interviews and maintain recruiting calendars. They will work closely with a recruiter and hiring manager to design the candidate experience, communicate with candidates and internal partners to guide them through the interview process, and maintain internal systems while improving existing processes. The role also involves quickly problem-solving last-minute issues, contributing to projects like candidate sourcing and referral program development, planning and running recruiting events, sourcing and qualifying candidates, and handling confidential information with integrity.
