Requirements

1-3 years of experience, preferably within campus recruiting, career services, or recruiting
Eager to learn new skills and is intellectually curious
Humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
Flexible team player with a positive attitude who can adapt quickly to changes and requests as needed
Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills, and an appreciation for how much getting the little things right matters
Self-starter who can handle competing priorities
Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
Outgoing and excited to participate in career fairs and other campus recruiting events
Enthusiastic about traveling to various locations in the US to attend recruiting events
Willingness to travel to recruiting conferences and events (required)

Responsibilities

Support the recruiting team in planning and execution of campus recruitment strategy across multiple US universities
Collaborate with the team to carry out strategic initiatives and activities within campus recruiting
Assist with planning, execution, and staffing of campus recruitment events (on-campus, virtual, and in-office)
Represent Jane Street at events
Manage job and event postings on internal and external platforms
Send marketing and communications to candidates
