Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably within campus recruiting, career services, or recruiting
  • Eager to learn new skills and is intellectually curious
  • Humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
  • Flexible team player with a positive attitude who can adapt quickly to changes and requests as needed
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills, and an appreciation for how much getting the little things right matters
  • Self-starter who can handle competing priorities
  • Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
  • Outgoing and excited to participate in career fairs and other campus recruiting events
  • Enthusiastic about traveling to various locations in the US to attend recruiting events
  • Willingness to travel to recruiting conferences and events (required)

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruiting team in planning and execution of campus recruitment strategy across multiple US universities
  • Collaborate with the team to carry out strategic initiatives and activities within campus recruiting
  • Assist with planning, execution, and staffing of campus recruitment events (on-campus, virtual, and in-office)
  • Represent Jane Street at events
  • Manage job and event postings on internal and external platforms
  • Send marketing and communications to candidates
