Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in HR coordination or a related role, demonstrating proficiency in scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines within Lever. They should also have a passion for process improvement, operational excellence, and candidate experience, along with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing company and navigate ambiguity. Furthermore, candidates must have the capability to remain seated for extended periods, exhibit eye-hand coordination, and utilize office equipment effectively.
The Contract Recruiting Coordinator will manage the entire candidate interview lifecycle, including scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews, while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and serving as a trusted point of contact for candidates. They will strategically partner with recruiters and hiring managers, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance workflows, coordinate candidate travel and accommodations, and manage expense reimbursements. Additionally, they will contribute to projects focused on improving recruiting operations, utilizing the applicant tracking system (Lever) to track candidate progress and maintain data integrity, analyze scheduling metrics to identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with fellow coordinators to ensure consistency and a high-quality candidate experience. The role also involves coordinating administrative hiring tasks such as background checks, immigration processing, and reference checks, as well as supporting cross-functional initiatives within Talent Operations, partnering with HR, IT, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and alignment.
