Responsibilities

Analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
Understand strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Interact with direct supervisor, team leads, peers, and management levels at client/Accenture
Require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
Make decisions that impact the team and occasionally other teams
Manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if individual contributor)
Implement strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees
Manage hiring processes: identifying needs, preparing job descriptions, talent search, screening/shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, onboarding
Work in rotational shifts (may be required)
