Responsibilities

  • Manage and support recruiting systems and vendors/tools, including agency, implementation support, role access, training, launches, procurement of new vendors and day-to-day troubleshooting
  • Liaise between recruiting teams and other stakeholders to address system needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide deep technical expertise in recruiting systems and related tools, staying updated on system advancements and best practices
  • Align system capabilities with recruiting strategies to maximize efficiency and improve the hiring process
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues with minimal disruption to recruiting operations
  • Advise on technology investments and system enhancements to support long-term strategic goals
  • Ensure data accuracy within recruiting systems and build reports to inform decision-making and assess program effectiveness
  • Provide training and guidance to recruiting teams to improve system usage and adoption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and optimize recruiting systems and tools
  • Stay updated on system advancements and recommend technology investments to support strategic goals
