Requirements

Candidates must be South African citizens with fluency and professional English communication skills, a patient and friendly phone demeanor, energetic and personable qualities, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills. Basic computer literacy and confidence navigating MS Office and Outlook are also required, with experience in recruiting, HR, or onboarding processes being a strong plus, and prior experience in the ABA therapy industry being preferred. Applicants must have a fixed fiber line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and a reliable power backup solution.
